If we can't recover the files you need, you don't pay for the recovery.
The initial assessment is always free. If a separate in-depth diagnostic is needed, we quote it first and it is only payable if you approve it. If we then can't recover the files you told us matter, there is no recovery fee and we return your device; you pay only the return postage.
Phone or MacBook won't turn on? Your data can still come back.
Modern phones and MacBooks lock their storage to their own board. Take the chip out and it can't be read, so the board has to be repaired first. That is everyday work on our microscope bench.

From €149 for logical recoveries, from €299 when the device is dead and the board needs repair, and from €995 for drives that need a cleanroom. All inc VAT. After the free initial assessment you get one fixed price, and nothing is recovered until you approve it.
Is my data private?
Yes. We open files only as far as needed to check the recovery worked, never share them, and delete our working copies once you confirm you have everything. NDA available.
How do I get my data back?
On a new external drive, sent back tracked with your original device, or ready to collect from Mullingar.
