The initial assessment is always free. If a separate in-depth diagnostic is needed, we quote it first and it is only payable if you approve it. If we then can't recover the files you told us matter, there is no recovery fee and we return your device; you pay only the return postage.

Questions
Can deleted photos be recovered from an SD card?
Often, if nothing has been recorded since. The longer a card is used after the deletion, the less comes back.
My SSD has TRIM. Is deleted data gone?
On many SSDs, deleted files are wiped quickly by TRIM, so recovering deleted files is harder than on hard drives. Failed (not deleted) SSDs are a different case and often recoverable.
